1. Who we are
Starvite is operated by ADS Delivery OOD, a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of Bulgaria, company number 208549000, registered seat 192A Cherni Vrah Blvd., 1407 Sofia, Bulgaria ("ADS", "we"). Contact: info@shoetracker.ai.
2. What Starvite is
Starvite gives an event a personal invitation film for each guest, one-tap RSVP, an optional vote, and a screen for the venue. Hosts create and manage events and may add their own event video. Guests join through a link the host shares. Starvite is for people aged 18 and over.
3. Hosts
The host decides who is invited and sends every invitation from their own phone or account. ADS does not message guests on a host's behalf. The host is responsible for having a lawful reason to invite the people they add, for the text they write, and for the clips they approve into the event film.
4. Videos and clips
The host may add one video of up to 15 seconds. It plays behind every guest's personal film and on the venue screen, and anyone holding the event's invitation link can see it. Sound is removed. A video made with AI is marked as such, and guests see an AI label. Before adding it, the host confirms:
- This video is ours, or we have the right to use it for our event.
- No logos or marks except our own (a company may show its own brand), and no screens, broadcasts or other people's videos.
- Everyone who appears is 18 or older and agreed to be shown to our guests.
- Nothing sexual, violent, hateful or unlawful.
Where an event offers it, a guest can also film a clip of up to 15 seconds with the camera inside Starvite; guests cannot upload videos from their gallery. Sound is never recorded or kept. Before a guest clip is sent, the guest confirms:
- I filmed this myself.
- No team, league, brand or company logos, and no screens, broadcasts or other people's videos.
- Everyone who appears is 18 or older and agreed to be filmed and shown to the event's guests.
- Nothing sexual, violent, hateful or unlawful.
You keep ownership of your clip. You grant ADS a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process, re-encode, display and transmit it solely to run Starvite for that event: to show it inside that event's films, pages and venue screen as described here. The licence ends when the clip is deleted. ADS does not use clips for advertising, does not sell them and does not use them to train AI models.
5. Who sees a clip
A new guest clip is seen only by the person who filmed it and the host. It reaches the event's other guests only after the host approves it. Clips are kept in private storage and are shown only to people inside the event through links that expire within minutes. There is no public profile, feed or search. If you share something outside the event, you do so yourself and are responsible for it.
6. What is not allowed
You may not film, send or approve content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights (including team, league, brand or company logos and marks other than a host's own, broadcasts, screens and other people's videos or music); shows anyone under 18 or anyone who did not agree to be filmed; is sexual, violent, hateful, harassing, deceptive or unlawful; or shows identity documents, payment cards or other sensitive information. You may not bypass limits or safeguards or use automated tools.
7. Reports and removal
Any guest can report a clip in the event film; a reported clip leaves the film at once until the host decides. The host can decline or remove any clip, and the person who filmed a clip can delete it at any time. Rights holders and anyone else can report content to info@shoetracker.ai. We act on valid notices promptly, may remove content or restrict access where reasonably necessary, and may end access for people who repeatedly infringe. Automated tools are not used to judge clips, and review may not catch everything.
8. How long we keep things
Everything about an event, including every video and clip, is deleted automatically 90 days after the event date. A guest who removes themselves from an event also removes their clips. A declined or replaced clip is deleted at once.
9. Films and music
Invitation films are drawn by Starvite. Background scenes are licensed to or created by ADS. Films and clips play without music unless ADS holds a licence for it.
9a. Plans and payment
Each paid plan applies to one event and is shown with its price and guest limit before purchase. Payment is taken by Stripe, by card or by invoice payable within 30 days; a plan starts when the payment is completed. Companies using Starvite for their guests or employees are covered by our Data Processing Agreement. Refunds are given where the law requires them, and otherwise at ADS's discretion.
10. Our property
Starvite, its films, designs, software and marks belong to ADS. Nothing in these Terms grants a licence to them beyond using Starvite as intended.
11. Liability
Starvite is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, ADS is not responsible for content filmed, sent or approved by guests and hosts, for what others do with content shared outside Starvite, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury.
12. Your responsibility
You are responsible for the clips you film or approve and for how you use Starvite. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to hold ADS harmless from third-party claims arising directly from unlawful or infringing content you sent or approved, or from your intentional misuse of Starvite. This does not apply where ADS caused the loss or where consumer law does not allow it.
13. Changes and ending
We may update these Terms; the version date above changes when we do, and the declaration each person accepted before sending a clip is stored with that clip. We may suspend access or remove content where reasonably necessary for safety, the law or these Terms.
14. Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections of the country where they live. Disputes go to the competent courts in Bulgaria, except where mandatory consumer rules allow or require another court.
